Once people have submitted videos to your event, you can manage them.
At this stage you can click the videos to review them, by default they will all be in your video but if you would like to remove some, simply uncheck the box below the video thumbnail "Include in playlist?"
You can also select the order in which the videos appear in, by clicking the orange "Order" button, just drag and drop the videos into the desired order, with the first being at the top and last being the bottom.
Once you have the order sorted, you can edit how the video will look. By clicking the yellow "Event Settings" button, you will have access to a variety of options:
- Cinema Title - Allows you to change the title of the video that appears at the beginning
- Cinema Music - Let's you to change the music of the video, either with our pre-selected options in the dropdown menu, or upload your own by pressing the "Plus" button next to the box. You can sample how this will sound with the play button.
- Cinema Background Image - Controls the background image of your video, either choose a pre-selected option form the dropdown or upload your own with the plus button. Preview how it will look with the "Eye" icon.
- Font Colour - Allows you to change the colour of your title text.
Make sure to save all changes.
Then you can preview the changes by clicking the "Play My Video" button on the event page.
